Pictures taken before the convention, when we were still doing setup. Some pictures from Wednesday night are also included.
For me, the convention started on the evening of Tuesday, June 6th, when we picked up our first load of supplies for "bouncy the wondertruck".
A picture of several hundred pre-registrations that were sent out for Anthrocon 2006.
Taken from the 5 hour drive to Pittsburgh. Kage drives "bouncy the wondertruck". It's an appropriate name, because we felt every bounce along the Pennsylvania Turnpike on the way there. :-/
We had planned at stopping here for lunch on the way out, but found the restaurant to be closed. We did hit it on the way back, however. It was a nice place to eat at.
More driving. Up ahead you can see a rather large hill which seperates each side of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Oops. Some of our equipment "shifted" on the way out. At this point, the truck is only half full. We still need to empty out the storage locker in Pittsburgh!
And they rock hard! There was no way we could have gotten everything unloaded without their help.
Getting the Ops Office set up. From left to right: Kellic J. Tiger, Mark Osier (DI), Jamie Andrade, and KP.
The boxes in the back are all of our conbooks.
