To the legal impaired: no, wearing this shirt does not constitute harassment. Harassment is defined as repeated unwanted contact, for which the purpose of is to annoy, threaten, or harass the recipient. People talking about you, on the other hand, is not harassment.

Sam thought he'd be cool and spray me with whipped cream at Bob's Big Boy. I enlisted the help of several Dorsai Irregulars and Furp to hold him down while I exacted revenge at the Art Auction. :-)
